It is been assumed that whenever you have placed any order with PARAM SUNDARII it is confirmed. All products purchased by you are handled with care as per the below guidelines. As all the products are handcrafted by our artisans so their can be slight change in the natural stones and pearls.
No Return/ Refund Policy: We pack your order after final checking of the quality and pack with the utmost care and deliver the same products as you have seen on your mobile phones. Thus, we do not offer any return/ refund. Refund is available only in case if product is damage/ broken. Also, in that case customer need to provide proper unboxing videos.
Process of returning the parcel:
Once you received the parcel if it is broken/ damage send us the unboxing video either on our WhatsApp or DM us on Insta Page. We will check the video and then let you know if it is eligible for return or not. If it is eligible for return then in that case you have to pack the parcel as you have received. You have to keep all the materials like stones, pearls, extra patches or polythenes and cards in the box and cover the box with same polythenes properly. Then, we will provide you tracking id that you need to paste on the parcel. After that delivery person is going to collect the parcel from you. As we receive the parcel within 3 to 7 working days will check it if it is same condition or not. If we found all the things are in same condition we will refund the payment on same upi id or number or bank details from which we received the payment within 3 to 4 working days.
